Mine happened in a tiny café in Italy. My family was outside laughing, exploring, living… and I was glued to my laptop, drowning in tasks, trying to keep everything from falling apart.
That was the day I promised myself: There has to be a better way — and I’m going to build it.

My name is Danielle Damianov, Founder & CEO of Done by One, a modern system and CRM designed for business professionals who are ready to automate, elevate, and finally scale without burning out.
Through our signature 3-A Framework — Audit → Automate → AI — we help entrepreneurs streamline their workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and grow quickly without getting left behind.

But before Done by One ever existed… my story started in a small town called Pittsfield, Massachusetts — The Berkshires.

After graduating from Miss Hall’s School in 1997, I went on to Bentley University and earned my B.S. in Business Management with minors in Computer Information Technology and Spanish. Those early foundations in business and tech shaped everything that came next.

In 2001, I moved from Boston to Tampa and jumped headfirst into the mortgage world.
By 2003, I earned my Real Estate License… and by 2004, my Real Estate Broker’s License.
I’ve owned a real estate and mortgage company, and for the past 22+ years, I’ve worked across the entire spectrum — real estate, mortgage, and real estate investing — all over the state of Florida.

Today, I hold:

A Mortgage Broker License, A Real Estate Broker License and a Real Estate Instructor Permit in FL

And even with all those titles, the truth is simple:
I’m passionate about helping sales professionals and small to medium size businesses create freedom — not exhaustion.

That’s why I write books.
That’s why I coach.
That’s why I teach.
And that’s why I built Done by One — because nobody should have to choose between success and their sanity.
